If you have purchased an item from My Tarbiyah and it is damaged upon receipt please advise us by email at info@mytarbiyah.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the goods and remember to include photos of the damages. The time limit for return is 28 days for your convenience. The cost of the item will be refunded along with the cost of postage to you and the cost of return postage.
